what the hell are you two talking about? I can see where he is coming from. Since he has joined the league like 3 or 4 gms have resigned and what would you think if you were a newbie. Why are you ganging up on everything that Heat posts? It is like your mother always said if you don't have anything nice to post don't post at all. Just playing guys but really cut him a break he is trying to get this nuts down and it could be better if you guys helped him out instead of sorta talking nuts. But whatever I'm a little worried my self about everyone quiting.

there is nothing to worry about. We currently have all the spots filled up except the Mavs which we will get shortly. So far everyone has quit do to time reasons. If they quit because they hated the league than that would be a worry. Besides, everyone we have got to take the place of a gm who quit has been much more active. So the way I see it is we are improving our gm selection.

hey maybe he posted a little fired up but he really likes this league and maybe just doesn't understand why they really would quite. He should know about being busy for hells sake he is in the ARMY. Just give him a chance and be cool with him b/c if you don't you guys will be hating on each other on the board until the end of time.

This is still something that should be looked at. 3-4 GM's in this new season alone have stepped down. There is a lack of activity on the boards big time other then a couple teams. Nobody is really trading because they assume every draft class is gonna be overtalented players (MJ, Akeem, Stockton) so there's no activity in there either.

The Hornets is right there are too many gms not being active at all. We need to maybe make some more rules on being active and if they are not meet they are fired. I want more than 10 of 28 teams gms actually active on the board.

And I also agree with the Hornets in the aspect that no body is willing to trade b/c of the draft & (My opinion) they want to give you the raw end of the deal or they won't trade. All I'm saying is lets get the other gms more involved other than just turn in DC or fired. Just an opinion of a gm that wants this league to get better not fade if it were to head that way due to non-activity.

This is not an attack on non-active gms but this should maybe be a new requirement for new gms coming in from now on. ;D

We have alot to look foward to like alot of good years of LBA, a good commish (Raps) who is getting better all the time, & a strong supporting cast of GMs. I think the only thing we need to do is for more Gms to get active. Just my opinion some will agree and those non-active will disagree which is expected.

Jazz let me tell you somthing you little punk snot nosed little bitch. I'm in the united states Army you know the guys who fight for your rights. Let me tell you about a since of busyness, not only have i been deployed to Iraq (1) and Afganistan (2) not to mention all types of other deployments. and all as an Infantry soldier. I also completed a respiratory therapist degree AD in Microbiology while have two children under 2, while playing for the post soccer and softball team, and the master fitness instructor of my unit. OOOHHH let me guess well my teacher gave us some home work last night, I had to practice the piano, take a bath and brush my teeth all before 9:30 p.m. so i could be to bed on time. That about like your typical day right. Well when you grow up a little move out from mommy and daddy house and live on your own if you accomplish half of what i have when your 24 I'll shake your hand and if not then i gonna rip your tounge off and wipe my ass with it.

The Raps being a teacher might and i say might have a busier day than myself my day start at 0430 and doesnt' end until 1830 (6:30 p.m.), and it's all day dealing with crying little punks or people who have no idea what the hell is going on or if there really is a purpose on earth for them. So don't talk shit about time management little boy unless you step to the plate with a pro.
